Our Story

We just celebrated our sixth wedding anniversary! We love each other very much and have a strong and enduring friendship which we continue to nourish today by spending as much time together as possible. We feel so blessed to have this relationship and are excited about our future. We love being outdoors and live an active lifestyle. Whether it’s camping, hiking, biking, going to the beach, or just taking walks and enjoying the sunshine, the time we spend together is precious. We both love to travel and try and go on two or three vacations per year and at least one road trip per month. Whenever we move to a new area we always explore all the fun sites around us. We love children and have plenty of practice caring for them through watching our nieces and nephews and through various church callings. We both place a lot of value on time with our families. Tyler comes from a family of five children and Kathy from a family of four. We love to go to our nieces’ and nephews’ birthdays, baptisms, sporting events, dance recitals and school plays. Both our families enjoy spending time together and always find excuses to go out to dinner or throw a barbeque or have other family gatherings.
